Coffee House

I've experienced an overwhelming feeling of boredom with the food in the house today. Good thing I ate at a coffee house this afternoon. I had a hummus veggie wrap (yummmm!). emoticon That may have prevented some sort of crazy binge. My tummy feels satisfied for the evening.

Here's how I did following my 2000 calories/day limit this week:
Sat., June 11 – 2,175
Sun., June 10 - 1,998
Mon., June 11 – 2,023
Tues., June 12 – 2,006
Wed., June 13 – 1,923
Thurs., June 14 – 1,786
Fri., June 15 – 2,005

    I love food and can't eat the same stuff all the time or I get bored too. I have recently tried a few new snack recipes ....like Baked Kale Chips and Roasted Chickpeas. My kids like both recipes which is saying something LOL ! I loved both recipes as well ! Another snack that kids & I eat are Edamame soy beans in the shell (get at Walmart/Kroger, etc..) and I just heat them and then we snack (whole bag is only 250 cal). I think my kids like them because they are fun to open pods and eat the beans whatever works ! I will add you as a friend emoticon
