    Great vlog, Em! For my cardio I walk, dance (to Pandora.com in the living room) and hula hoop. I have no fitness machines and no money for a gym membership either. I'm down 71 lbs.

    Oh yeah, and I got up and alternated between walking and running as I watched your 18 minute long vlog. :)
