I got on the treadmill even though I didnt want to

I did not want to wake up and run this morning! I hit snooze on my alarm for an hour before finally turning it off and sleeping in until 9. As a mother of two young kiddos sleeping until 9 is freaking unheard of and I enjoyed every minute of it! When I did eventually drag myself from my bed I felt lazy and sure didn't want to workout.

You know what though? I did it anyways and I feel so much better for it! I feel like I got a double dose of endorphins, Perhaps because I overcame the urge to veg out in front of the tv. I'm not sure why but I know that I've never regretted a workout. Ive only regretted not working out!
