Back to low weight again- Now Onward!!!

Well, it took me over awhile but I made it back to my ow weight. I have been able to rack up the walking/hiking miles because of work but I've been careful about what I ate and walked when I could with a short hike last Sunday. Now its time to keep progressing, get a couple of solid hikes in this weekend. Start using the new resistance band and weighted ball I bought and get back into my stretching and weights again. Onward!!! (trumpet sound here!)
