Day 4

No headache today!! Yeah!!!

Breakfast was a little lame.
1 egg
1/2 c spinach
4 cherry

1/2 c hashbrowns
I needed more protein and should have skipped the potatoes. I think I'll cook the rest of them up for the kids and get them out of here. I felt the lack of protein and a couple hours later had a 1/2 Tbsp of peanut butter.

I had to take my son to a foreign language hour and get my allergy shot and I didn't have a moment to eat before I left. He wanted to apply at Chick-fil-a on the way home and smelled good. But I got nothing. I just sat in my car on the kindle.

Lunch was the same as yesterday since that worked very well for me. No snacks other than the peanut butter.

Chicken schwarma
Homemade pitas which my dd made with whole wheat flour
zucchini from the garden.

After I ate my portion, I had asked them to save a pita for me for another time. I was really tempted to gnaw on that thing. I even picked it up and smelled it. I was a bit sad that no one discouraged me. I put it down and asked for the zucchini. I am stuffed with zuccini!! It was so good.

The no sugar thing is working well. I think it is really enhancing the flavors of food.

I forgot to mention that my husband and I went on a date. I didn't know where to go and finally suggested stopping at Panera. I don't usually like that place, but I thought that they might have something. I sat there for probably 45 minutes trying to figure out if I could eat anything. I opted for the vegetable soup and the chopped salad. I had dressing on the side and a slice of bread. And water since earlier I had some tea. I chose a dressing that only had 3 sugars in it. My meal turned out to fit right into my calorie counts for the day.

Oh...and when we got to Panera, we parked across the street. When we got out, I said to dh...Lets walk down the block. So we walked to the end of the shopping center and back and then went in and did the same on our way out. Just a few steps, but anything is good.
