Is it stress? Lack of consistency, sleep? Too much cortisol? Not enough water?
It is mental? I'm holding at a few lbs shy of One-derland. Is it fear of "success"? Afraid of breaking the barrier again and losing my identity?
Stress continues - still lacking answers. Still working to remain consistent and sincerely appreciate all the Sparky support!
I hope everyone else is staying focused and doing well!
