    Great vlog! I'm glad WW is working so well for you. Great plan to up the exercise now that you've got the nutrition piece down pat! Good luck with the 5K - sounds like excellent motivation. Glad to have you part of the Summer Challenge! emoticon emoticon

    Great vlog. When I first started SP I decided to start a streak. Ten minutes exercise a day. Then I started doing self talk. When I'd come home saying "I don't feel like it...I'm too tired.... I don't have time..." I'd say to myself, but it is a RULE you have to put on your running shoes for ten minutes. And then while I complained bitterly under my breath I'd tell myself, all you have to do is walk to the end of the driveway. And then when I'd get to that point, fully intending to neveer do this again, tell myself, right - while you walk to the stop sign I'm going to remind you why you want to do this. And low and behold I would get around the entire block (20 minutes) happy to have done it. I am very gullible. Whatever it takes. Just ten mintues! Justyna
