Strength training went good again today. It's tough with the weights, but I'm getting through it. The side planks are one of the hardest right now.

My breathing is a pain in the but. Last week, I was as comfortable just running and this week I start getting labored at 2.5-3 minutes into my run already?? We also did the incline challenge in 2 deg. increments and I made it to the top, but not back down.
