The fact is that I am doing a fine job maintaining my weight.
But not losing.
Boredom eating, emotional eating, and night-time eating are the problem.
I WANT to be in the 160s again!!
Time to focus on other ways to meet my needs for stimulation and soothing.
Stimulation: Very hot tea and/or very cold water.
Soothing: A break and a quick brisk walk.
Night-time: GO TO BED!!
