So exhausted!

Ok I ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes at a faster pace than usual. As that was not enough I took a power cut class for a HOUR! Body is so exhausted but in a good way! It is amazing what your body can actually do when you have the drive! Zumba tomorrow & more weight lifting. Happy Training! emoticon emoticon
