Well... On Monday I had a not-so-good date. One of those dating site things (yes, all of you who know about that can have a sympathetic groan with me).

Nice guy, but kind of socially inept, which takes a lot of energy.

I blasted out of there and instead of going for another walk or something to burn off my steam...well, you know.

And: The next day I did another dumb thing! I had a light breakfast 'cause I hadn't done so well the day before. THen I had a light lunch with a friend -- salad and skinless chicken...just a bit. I was actually still hungry and SHOULD have gone to the shop to get a sandwich. Instead: the afternoon when I was working.

Today: I have my balance back and am -- yahoo~ -- in calorie range.

The good news is that I have been exercising right along, and even went back to my African dance class on Tuesday night and my back seems to be holding up okay.
