Lately I’ve felt that I’ve been goofing off when it comes to my weight loss goals. I’ll get to the halfway mark and then revert back to my old ways. So, as I’ve got a personality where I use deadlines and planning to motivate me, I’m setting goal dates for when I want to lose weight. I believe that this will allow me to stay on track and keep my motivated.

343 – Goal Date 7/1/2012 (Less than 15 pounds away!)

318 – Goal Date 9/30/2012 (My 29th Birthday!)

293 – Goal Date 12/30/2012 (First Christmas in TWOVILLE!)

268 – Goal Date 3/31/2013 (First Spring in TWOVILLE!)

218 – Goal Date 6/30/2013 (First Summer in TWOVILLE!)

193 – Goal Date 9/29/2013 (First Birthday in ONDERLAND!)

168 – Goal Date 12/29/2013 (First Christmas in ONDERLAND!)

140 – Goal Date 3/30/2014 (Almost two years from when I started!)

I believe that even just writing this has helped me! It has me more motivated then ever and now, I know that I have feasible dates…I’m excited that I’m taking this journey to make myself feel better but also to allow me to do EVERYTHING that I want to do!

    25 lbs in 3 months/13 weeks....just about 2lbs a week, very attainable...great job! Wow! 30th birthday in onederland...that's fabulous!!!!!!!!!
