Many times we find ourselves getting tired of the workouts, the diets, or just the everyday things in our lives; and we want to give up. Don't quit; try to hold on for one more day. Remember: One day at a time!!!! It's hard, but if we want to be successful, we need to continue with whatever our quest was. We will feel better about ourselves if we hold on. The end result will show us that it was all worth it. This beautiful quote reminds me to hold on: "Whenever you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place."

Have a great Wednesday, my friends, and continue with your goals; and remember: HOLD ON AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!

    Your blogs are beautiful! Thanks for giving me that pick up, I was just thinking after a snack if I don't have anything else to eat before tea I'm on track for another day well within my calorie range but there's that little voice inside saying it wants more. I'm a little tired and lacking in energy & that's when I hear it loudest - thanks for keeping me to my one day at a time and just get through this one, tomorrow is another day full of choices and the only way to weigh less at the end of the week is to get through each day within set limits.

    That's what we need to hear every once in awhile! Just to stay motivated, bcuz weight didn't come on overnight it took months or even years for us to accumulate these body that we're trying to transform! emoticon
