I tried Coach Nicole's 8-minute cardio interval work out video tonight. That woman means business! Who knew a person could work so hard in less than 10 minutes? My usual cardio is 20 minutes long, so I did this twice in a row...not necessary.
Without the suggested modifications, this work out is more like a medium impact. For that reason, I might only do it once a week.
