CSA-Week 1

The Box:
Garlic Scape
Spring Onions
3 huge zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 pint sweet cherry
large bunch of Kale
Basil Plant

1 pint Tart Cherries
1/2 pint black raspberries

This was the produce for the first week. i think i am going ot try and post what is in the boxes when i recieve them and some of my ideas to make. if any one has any suggestions I will gladly take them.

But since I am a week behind I will post what I did make with the produce in week one.

Recipes that I made:
No-bake cherry cheesecake
Kale Chips
Kale/sun-dried tomatoes whole wheat pizza
Sweet-cherry 'BBQ' sauce for pork chops
Black-raspberry vinaigrette
Zucchini bread
