Day 19

Hi all.
So my exercise is going pretty well, managing to stick with 30 mins cardio a day plus a strength training video 4 days a week. It is tough and I hate that Im not seeing any results in terms of my figure but I love that I seem to have a lot more energy and feel a lot more motivated than I used to. My only trouble is trying to eat healthily! I can't afford to go out and do my own food shopping and my parents haven't yet given me an allowance for a little bit of food towards the house, therefore I am struggling and it is making me feel like there is no point in exercising if I am just going to then eat unhealthy foods! Does any one have any tips on eating healthily or some suggestions on easy things to eat that are healthy?
