OMG 4 Pounds off from being on track

Well I am loosing weight just not as much as I should be to be on track to meet my goal I'm 4 pounds behind I just cant do the 2 pounds a week I'm at a hump I was able to do it off from the start cause I cut sugar out of my diet the pounds melted off now I have to work for every ounce I do notice I'm toning up more building up some muscle and that adds weight I just want to be at 150 for my daughters birthday and then maybe 140 for my anniversary.

    2 pounds a week consistently is really hard. You're going in the right direction and that muscle building will help with your metabolism. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure even if the scale doesn't say so, you'll LOOK like you're at 150 for your daughter's b-day and 140 for your anniversary.
