Tues June 12th - Workout and weighin

Weigh in was kind of what I expected. I was back to 287, but I think I was dehydrated last Thursday AND I'm still on target to my weightloss goal. I'm actually right on the money, so that is good.

Strength workout was tough today. We did quite a few exercises with weights and added some new exercises to the mix. Donna had me do side planks and what a challenge those were, especially on my right side. Heart rate wasn't too much of an issue, but I definitely was sweating.
