Why is it food is so delicious??? I track my food a lot of the time before I eat it, but it seems there is always more food to eat. The last three days haven't been very good. Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get back on track. The first weigh in of the Summer Challenge I signed up for is on Friday, so it's time to get serious! I am thankful for Sparkpeople and all the support of my Spark friends!!!

    Ah, yes, food. Why must it torment us so? I usually try to set things up in such a way that eating more than what I've pre-tracked isn't really an option, but that doesn't always work.

    I am happy to hear that you LOVE food because for me - that is a Plus.

    The fact that we LOVE food and All foods - we have unlimited choices and don't ever have to feel deprived - there is always a delicious choice. I just have to remember that when my head says I want more food or I have a craving - WATER is my best friend and usually helps me get through those battles.

    It's such a HEAD job - isn't it? BUT WE WILL DO THIS!!!

    btw = I think I may be missing my Fri goal weight too - but counting on that making next weeks (week 1) weight better. It's ALL GOOD!!!

    emoticon I know you can do this. Food is delicious! I love to eat-well hey guess that is why I am here emoticon I am excited about the challenge too! Titans are great and we will support each other through the weeks ahead!
