Busy work schedule = more success (I hope)

Today begins the crazy summer work schedule when I put my head down and just keep plugging away until September. I hope to use this hectic pace to eat healthy, drink lots of water and lose weight. I'll be on my feet most of the day. I hope to con tinue my morning, lunch and evening walks and weekend hikes. Time is gonna be much shorter. All about scheduling and making the time. That's my new challenge!

    Planning seems to key for success. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    I have baggies filled with 1 serving size of snacks in the fridge and a basket by the door, to grab quick for those unplanned outings.

    I make morning breakfast sandwiches up the night before. And smoothies on the weekend. I put them in 1 or 2 cup serving sizes in a mason jar and freeze. The night before I put 1 in the fridge.

    Anyways, your doing awesome Sunshine!!

    I think I'm taking my first kayak lesson next Wednesday?
