my challenge this week

I know that I should not get discouraged when I have a bad diet day, or fall off the exercise plan for a day or 2. And I don't beat myself up if there is no consequence, I just get back on the wagon. But when I have a consequence such as the scale tells me i've gained 4 lbs, then all hell breaks loose!!! emoticon Well the scale is up!!!
So no excuse of any kind this week, this week my challenge will be to strictly adhere to my plan. Let's see if the scale is kinder to me in 7 days. But i'll start by being kinder to myself. I'll call it tough love.
