5% Summer Challenge Assignment #3
-Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
A. I want to lose weight to feel healthier, boost self esteem, fit
into my clothes that I have that are brand new still hanging in my closet.
Go to the water park without my thighs rubbing.
I want to continue to continue my lifestyle change. Control my diet, mood, work on tightening my ab/muscles and toning down and to increase my strength/stamina .
I want to complete the whole 60 days of the INSANITY DVDs. I want to reach all my goals before my next birthday on May 5th.
My short term goal is:
I have 2 dresses that's hanging up in my closet that I am determine to wear by August 2012.
I know this challenge will help me stay motivated and remind me
to stay focus on this goal.
