SO I started think ing this weekedn after talking to an aunt about my recent weight gain. Before I could tell her I was trying to be healthy now she replied its because your content. She goes on to explain that most people reach a point in thier lifes where they are compleelty happy and content and usually the weight goes to the side.
I do kind of believe that. Before the diet I had told my husband I was fine with a little wegiht gain and I just needed to be happy with the way my body looks. I became un happy when the weight wouldn't stop piling on.
But that more I think about it we do need to be content with our bodies. Especially the way our body's look. We may not of lost all fifty pounds but that two that we have lost make us feel good. The program is not about weightloss it is about being healthy. If we are truely content with our lifes we shouldn't give up with our health. We should strive in healthy habbits to enjoy the contentness more.
Okay so maybe i'm rambling but what I've come up with is that I(we) still need to be okay with our bodies as we go thorugh this transformation. And second when we reach that happy place in our lives when we stop caring we need to realizxe that our body still cares if we are healthy.
