Personal Record & Derailing!

This is an odd combo I know.
I find that I can be successful losing weight, but I eventually get derailed. I feel like once I feel successful, I start getting off track. Once I am off track it is very hard to get off track.
Lately I have been veering off track. I keep eating things that I know I shouldn't. I haven't gain weight, but I haven't been losing much anymore. I feel yucky because I am eating yucky foods.
On the positive side - I beat my personal best 5k time today by like 5 minutes! I clocked in at 29:59! for me this is amazing. I am so proud of myself. Now I want to see if I can break 29 minutes.
So tomorrow I am committing 100% back to Nutrisystem. I will work towards 100% on plan w/ 1 cheat on the weekend (Thai) and 1 meal out at a restaurant while traveling for work - but I will try to keep this on plan.
