I've managed to greatly cut back on soda; was drinking like 3 or 4 a day. Had maybe 3 this week and have no intentions to drink one far so good.
I've managed to get at least 8 hours of sleep 5 of 7 days this week. I've been able to drink at least 8 cups of water most days. It's getting easier to drink all the water that I need to drink.
