Now that we've put the living room back together enough that I have REAL internet (as in not having to rely on my phone) again, I can finally blog!
On June 1st, I posted a "June Reboot" blog with some goals for the month. Unbeknownst to me at the time, making goals for the month was part of the first week's assignment for the new challenge on the Game of Thrones team - shiny! To get full points for the Starks, however, I have to post a subsequent weekly update on how I'm doing.

Week 1 down!
E25K (Euphrates to 5K)
I've run/walked my "Neighborhood 5K+ Route" twice this week (if you include today) and also walked to and from my gym one day, which to ME is a great start! Next week I intend to include at least one treadmill run to work on pacing so I can start building up more running and less walking. So as far as I'm concerned, it was a great first week back in the "running saddle"
5 servings of freggies every day
I think I only had one day this entire week where I didn't make all 5 servings, which is close enough to consider a win in my book.
Warrior Dash Training: Parcourse
I didn't make it there this week, though considering the increase in the amount of running outside that I DID accomplish, I'm not complaining. I look at that as step one - THIS week, I'll take it to the Parcourse!
Warrior Dash Training: Personal Trainer
Another I need to work on next week - the only times I saw Jessica at the gym this week she was busy with clients. SO, first order of business tomorrow (or tonight if I get the chance) is to send her an e-mail inquiry (thus, no excuse of not seeing her).
That said, I'm 2 lbs down this week, which takes me back into the 180s.
