Getting back on track...

Well I was eliminated from the BLC today. :(
I definately saw it coming since I haven't been keeping up with my workouts like I should. So I am using this as a big wake up call to get back on the Elliptical and to start moving with Jillian!!

My mother told me last week that I should stop losing weight and that I look fine. However I don't think she realizes that my BMI is still in the overweight category and I still need to lose about 20lbs to be at a good BMI. It really isn't about looking good at this point. I feel comfortable, but I want to be in a healthy weight category. Am I pushing it too far or is my mom just being a mother hen? lol

    Girl you do what you feel is right! Congrats on making it so far! I was so bummed when I saw that I was eliminated. Let's keep in touch and keep each other on track. I totally ate way too much after the elimination! LOL! I didn't even feel bad about it! I really stressed myself out last week with all that working out and I need a rest phew!!

    She's probably just worried and doesn't want you to be stressed out or make yourself sick trying to lose weight. But if you've been losing in a healthy way then there's no reason for her to worry or for you to stop trying. It sounds like you're at a great place, where you don't feel pressured to lose, just want to do it because it's a good idea! Great for you!
