So I haven't been working out since my last blog. It's been really really tough. Both of my kids are now starting their days at 5:30am. Have I mentioned I am NOT a morning person?
With my back still sore, I've just been taking it easy but really paying trying to focus on my eating and keep myself to the low end of my calorie range. I adjusted my calories last week (with the help of my nutrition/exercise guru) because we felt with the amount I was burning, I was netting too few calories and hence wasn't seeing weight loss because my body was in starvation mode.
So my calorie range is 1400-1800 and I try to stay close to 1800 if I'm working out. Anyways! Since I haven't been working out, I'm trying to stay close to 1400. Easier said than done.
BUT! It is working, even without working out, I lost 3.5lbs since my last weigh in AND I am on my TOM too!!! So I'm pretty pumped to see some weight coming off. I'm down 11lbs and I'm thrilled!! It's incredibly windy here today so I won't be walking :( Boo! But I'll probably hit the stationary bike after church. I need to get back into the routine of working out!
