Muscle Injury... Now What?

I was so tired yesterday.
I woke up sore, but despite the pain I felt really positive about it. I went to work, I had an engagement party to go to, and then a games night with friends afterwards. I was calorie counting all day, but thought I was more or less taking it easy. By the time I got to games night, I was exhausted, so when that wrapped up I was relieved to go back home and sleep.
And then, around 4:30 this morning, I woke up in severe pain and could not fall back asleep. My right shoulder/arm really hurts, and it can't do much at all without a massive quantity of pain (typing is primarily fingers and wrists, so that does not bother my arm).
After some minor SparkResearch, I am pretty sure that it's only a level one injury. I mean, it hurts like hell, but if I had to lift a decent amount of weight I could do with (with immense b*tching), so my muscles are fine--just incredibly tender.
But now what? Should I not take the class tomorrow? Should I lay off on the hardcore exercising until, say, Wednesday? I don't really know what to do. So I'll keep taking ibuprofen and hoping for the best.
