Yes, I licked Doritos off my hands without the guilt!

Okay, I know that sounds really gross... but admit it MOST of you have licked your fingers after eating chips! HaHa!
HOWEVER this time, I did without ANY GUILT!
HERE IS WHY...
So I am on a high protein low carb way of life right now because IT WORKS FOR ME. However the thing I miss MOST is CHIPS! (Really, ANY KIND of CHIPS). Today I came home from my workout feeling happy about my accomplishments but then as I entered the living room (can you hear the Loud Horror film music screeching in the background of this drama) and what do I see but an open bag of Doritos sitting on my couch! (Yes I have children... who pig out while I'm away). And my post workout hunger kicked in and I almost walked right over there and grabbed up a chip like a mindless chip zombie! But I stopped myself half way over... I turned and went the other way! Woo Hoo! But that is not the end of the story. So I went to the kitchen where I began preparing dinner for my family who I was making taco pie for. The first layer of this dish requires crushed tortilla or dorito chips so I quickly retrieved the Doritos and began crushing them in the bottom of the pan. My mouth literally began watering. It was very difficult.... So when I finished I noticed I had hands covered in Dorito seasoning.
Yes, I licked Dorito seasoning off my hands with out the guilt of eating all the carbs. It was so delicious and I was happy and though I may have gained a few calories from this endeavor but they were well worth it. Come on fellow food addicts...I know you get it! Ha Ha!
When all was said and done, I fed my family their taco pie and I ate my protein happily satisfied... It's been a good day (I didn't have to use my A-K all day! LOL)
