Eating from boredom.

This is my biggest downfall. I get bored, I want to snack. I call it "grazing". I grazed a lot yesterday. I would find myself just standing in front of the fridge or cabinet looking for something to eat, even if I wasn't hungry. I was just bored. So, I have come up with a way to help stop me from grazing and make sure that I'm eating with purpose.

So far today, I have done 2 sets of burpees, 2 set of squats, and 1 set of lunges. I made sure to tape the signs up good so that they don't fall off. I really think this will help me.
I also wanted to share my cardio victories since I have started SASS. The biggest change I have noticed is my endurance. When I started this challenge, I could barely make it through the Turbo parts of Turbo Jam. Now, I can push myself so much harder and I find that the 20 minute workout just doesn't feel like enough anymore. I also have more energy, which my husband and kids appreciate because the house is cleaner and I can play more. I am so happy that I joined SASS. It was the boost I needed to get through the times when I wasn't sure if I could keep going.
