Summer 5 % Challenge Commitment (8 weeks)
1. EXERCISE - daily (walks, WATP video, bike, stationery bike, squats, crunches..)
2. WALKING - as much as possible
- morning walks with my baby
- evening walks with my dh and baby
3. PORTIONS - one portion, normal serving
4. FOOD - freggies, salads, whole grains, fiber, soups, as much as possible..
5. EVENINGS - last meal around 18h
6. LIMIT - take-out food, sweets
7. TEAM - helps others, comment, post, share
8. BLOG - daily!! (this is what was missing the last time)
9. NOT GIVE UP NO MATTER HOW MANY UPS AND DOWNS!!
