A month down

its been a month since i started dieting. I watched my calorie intake and ate only low carb foods. i joined 2 gyms and on the days i couldnt go i would exercise at home. I lost 20 pnds! I also completed my first goal wich was to get under 200 pnds. Now Im stuck. Iv been 199.6 for almost 2 weeks. I still do everything the same except i added carbs. I also didnt write it all down of how much Im eating. I know I have only ate low carb foods but maybe too many carbs. so im going back to 20 carbs a day. i dont mind it cause i like the foods, but night time is a problem cause i crave sweets so bad and i feel so hungary. I pray to you lord every night for strength, knowledge and will power for each day and so that i can continue my journey. Without you Lord I couldnt do it.

    I'd say up the good carbs .... for those sweet cravings have some strawberries ... and now watermelon .... in putting my nutrition in daily I can usually tell why I had a bad day .... my problem is sodium ... and I don't use a salt shaker ... LOL ... oh well ... hang in there .... I'm a total turtle at losing and jump for joy at every 2 tenths of a pound I lose each week !! Also you might want to change up the exercise routine to trick your body ... it likes variety -- work out differently than what you normally do ..... Roc

    I understand I have lost 40 and now I am stuck. But if I ain't gaining, I must be adjusting. Keep working at it. I know that I will be.

    Congratulations on your incredible one-month results! That is awesome!

    What makes you choose such a low carb level? The recommended carb range that SP calculated for me is over 135 to 252 (I'm pretty short). Carbs are where your body gets energy. Now, I'm not saying to eat bad carbs, like sugar, white bread, or white pasta; however, starving your body of a needed nutrient can get in the way of reaching your goals.
