A month down

its been a month since i started dieting. I watched my calorie intake and ate only low carb foods. i joined 2 gyms and on the days i couldnt go i would exercise at home. I lost 20 pnds! I also completed my first goal wich was to get under 200 pnds. Now Im stuck. Iv been 199.6 for almost 2 weeks. I still do everything the same except i added carbs. I also didnt write it all down of how much Im eating. I know I have only ate low carb foods but maybe too many carbs. so im going back to 20 carbs a day. i dont mind it cause i like the foods, but night time is a problem cause i crave sweets so bad and i feel so hungary. I pray to you lord every night for strength, knowledge and will power for each day and so that i can continue my journey. Without you Lord I couldnt do it.
