The weekend is always the hardest part for me. It's 5:00 p.m. on Friday and I'm right on track and I'm just hoping to make it through still going strong. This weekend features a long car ride with my boyfriend and his mother. Yes, that does sound like a good way to spoil a diet, doesn't it? We are going to a graduation open house so I'm hoping they provide some type of figure friendly food but I'll bring some snacks just in case.

If I survive, I'll update you on Monday. :/

    you'll survive, either enjoy the road food in moderation and work it off, or try getting a calorie counter app for your food for restaraunts you will find along the way, so you can make good choices and still do some walking once out of the car to get uncramped and get some work in :)
