Chalean extreme and C25k week 2 and no change on the scale...

Ok, so on a weight related topic, I am sooooo frustrating... I gained... yes I gained 0.6lbs... I really hit a plateau till 2 months and no matter what I can't go bellow 206lbs (now I am at 208). The month of May doesn't really count because I had a surgery and I had to take the month off. The only good thing there is that I didn't really gain during that month.
Now June arrived, I had the "ok" from the doctor to start fitness program...
I started C25K and Chalean Extreme. Everything goes well with that, I love both of them. I work hard, but I feel great! If only the scale could move!!!
I feel my clothes bigger, so I keep saying to myself the traditional: "one pound of muscles is sexier that one pound of fat"! And if I want to laugh about it, I can say to myself that if after I'm done with the 12 weeks of both programs and I'm still at 208 pounds, there will be a lot of muscles there!!!! LOL
So no matter what, I have to stick on the plan for another 10 weeks, I have the motivation to keep working even if I don't see a weight loss.
I have to say that I fallow Weight Watchers too and I'm OP. So it has to be muscles gain and nothing else!
