I started out the day excellently. I ran for 30 minutes and then ate a nutritious breakfast. I am feeling good!

My goal for today is to plan out a menu, and track it in advance on here so that I will have motivation to stick with my healthy plan and I will be able to stay within my established calorie range. I have done poorly with keeping track of my calories, and with making good food choices. I weigh the same today that I did 3 months ago. Which can be attributed to my poor habits. emoticon It is my own fault. It is time for me to take the steps necessary for losing weight. I will be down 20 pounds by my birthday in September, if I stick with it and plan ahead. I will do this! I see 150 pounds on my ticker in the near future!
