I’m lovin’ everything about the Simple Diet. It’s convenience. No counting calories. No portion control. Large selections of entries, fruits, vegetables and shakes. I love feeling in control of my diet for the first time in a long time. I love the success that I’m experiencing. I’m grateful for the new friends I have made in the past few months. I love getting rid of baggy clothes and getting a few new pieces.
So what’s my complaint? My period. My friend. My Aunt Flo. The visitor. That time of the month. I had two (dos, zwei, deux) periods in 2011 and they were more “spotting”. Now I’ve had two full fledged menstrual cycles since I’ve started TSD. Hummmmm. I don’t want to buy feminine products.
If you haven’t read any of the Spark articles – I can highly recommend “5 Ways to Love your Body!” I particularly like #4 – Change your inner dialogue. I believe that people react to the way that you “carry” yourself.
Thanks again for all the support. I’m feeling much better and the guilt is almost gone. One more day……..
