Whew, trying to keep up with daily blogging is tough! And, my blogs here are not exactly quality efforts. Pa-the-tic.
Anyway. The week is merrily winding down, I had a wonderful vegetarian feast last night, courtesy of my boyfriend and the local Indian restaurant. My calories and workouts are still in range (er, sort of...kinda fudging on the workouts, but I'm subbing and can't help it! Gotta keep movin'), and tonight is PIZZA NIGHT!!!!
Took a nice walk at lunchtime today (made sure to "forget" my running shoes) and found red lentils at Greener Grocer. For some reason, red lentils are hard to find 'round these parts. Yum, lentil soup!
And even though it's National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, and despite the fact that I was less than 30 yards from Jeni's at North Market, I grabbed an apple to fix my blood sugar.

Feeling tired but not overtrained - like getting up for cycling in the morning won't feel like drudgery. Even the thought of an easy 30-minute run at lunchtime has appeal.
Whoa. Maybe I'm recovering from overtraining! Now to let this feeling last...
