Thursday June 7th - Weigh in and last run before the 5k

Not really sure what's going on today, but Donna was going to start me out with some 4:1 and I did a 10:1 and 8:1 right out of the gate. We did 4:1 after that and some incline intervals. Heart rate was really going on the inclines, but I felt great in the first 20 min. I did only go at 5.4 instead of 5.5, but if it's going to make that big of a difference, I'm going to keep doing it.
I was home on vacation yesterday and worked outside most of the day. It was pretty warm and I was really sweaty, but I drank lots of water. I don't know if that explains my 4lb weight drop since Tuesday. One difference is that I weighed in the evening on Tuesday, so whatever it is, I hope to keep it up. I know I don't eat as much and I've held true to the no pop deal.
