    Loved your blog - it is very helpful to identify, and writing it down is AWESOME - the triggers, Then to write down and commit to the ways you will cope and tools you will use is perfect!! If we plan ahead to know what to do when we face a tough situaiton, life is much, much easier and we can find success much more frequently. Take care and keep up the good work. Try not to buy any more cakes. :-) Just buy one slice or piece if you REALLY crave something. But greek yogurt and fruit is delicious, too!!

    I have something you can add on to your #1 & 2 solutions. Go for a walk! If you leave the house when they start up, you won't have to listen and you won't be dragged in.
