A year later...rambling

I have not blogged in over a year which after reading my posts makes sense....when I start to loose I just stop doing everything. This is very upsetting and I am not sure how to change that mind set. I lay in bed at night and thing about the crappy things I eat, my blood work could be better and so on.....
The sad thing is that I know what I need to do but I seem to lack MOTIVATION. I want to be healthy for my kids! My kids make better choices in what they eat then I do. Its funny because last night we had grilled fish and it was great...i didn't feel bloated after I ate. I only had 2.25 beers (down from my 4 a night)
I notice that when I blog on here I stay on track.....that stopped because I can't access the website at work anymore. However, there is no reason why I can't get on at night (like what I am doing now and blog)
We are going camping tomorrow and I have some healthy snacks packed and I would like to limit my beer intake and drinks lots of water. I would also like to go for daily walks in the morning with my kids while we are there. I hope that will jump start my exercising again. I have a bike at home and there is NO EXCUSE why I can't ride in the evening when my husband gets home.
So, here goes yet another new start :)
