What the heck happened?

Chest pain? REALLY? Are you kidding me? I was having such a great morning. I exercised and even though the kickboxing routine kicked my butt, I loved it and felt great.
Later in the morning, out of the blue, I got side swiped by chest pain. An anxiety attack! I haven't had one in over a month. I waited for a few minutes and then decided to go to my room and put on my Cpap machine and rest a bit. I finally decided to try taking a nap (I was getting tired). Nap was effective.
I am 45 years old and way too young to be dealing with all these health issues. The list reads like a career criminal's wrap sheet! lol
One of the big goals I have is to get healthy and lose weight so I don't have to use the Cpap machine and not have to take all this medicine.
Every day I drink my water and do my exercise is another step toward my goals. Even though I look strange standing in front of the mirror having a pep talk, I do it because each day gets me closer to my goals. Every day that I spend time on SP reading articles and learning how to be more active and make healthier choices gets me closer to my goals. Every little step, every little positive affirmation, every fruit and vegetable gets me closer to where I want to me.
I know it is going to be a long journey as I have 174 more pounds to lose but that just means that I have more time to learn about eating healthy, learn to read labels, learn new workout routines and really make this a lifestyle change. By the time I reach my goal I will be so smart healthy! lol
