Day 7 & 8 Recap
Calories: 2292 calories eek!
Calories: Didn’t even track (probably like 4000!)
Workout: Turbofire 55
My sister had a purse/tupperware party at her house complete with spinach dip, chips, brownies, key lime cupcakes etc and I was uncontrollable! Each day is a new day and I need to get back on track I was doing soooo good!
I also can't run right now because my hip flexor is strained and I want it to heal for my half marathon this month.
