June Goals (baby steps again)

Since I am in a slump as described in SanDiegoJohn's latest popular blog, I have been considering what to do to really get back in the game.
1) Start tracking my weight. I plan to use my ticker for the first 50 lbs, then do it again.
2) Track meals 6 days a week. I'll give myself one day off.
3) Add strength training, 1x a week. (added this)
