June Goals (baby steps again)

Since I am in a slump as described in SanDiegoJohn's latest popular blog, I have been considering what to do to really get back in the game.

1) Start tracking my weight. I plan to use my ticker for the first 50 lbs, then do it again.
2) Track meals 6 days a week. I'll give myself one day off.
3) Add strength training, 1x a week. (added this)

    The scale I use stopped working - I'll have to see if I can figure out how to remove the battery! Only happened because I said I would finally start weighing myself again!

    Come join us on the Twilight Challenge team in July to read and talk our way through Twilight. Maybe interacting with the group on a daily basis will help you?

    In response to your question about my goals this month:
    I am doing ok so far on my June goals. I've swam 2x. Tomorrow is the big test of my AM wake up as I plan to swim at a new pool tomorrow morning. Now that my swim class is over, I'm going to try lap swimming on my own in the AM. If that doesn't work out, there is a masters club that meets near the office at 6:30pm.
