Overslept Tuesday morning, so I did my workout in the evening. I felt sick all day and my joints ached, so not sure what was going on there, but I felt reasonable during the workout. Donna just had me do a few strength exercises and then wanted me to do the 4:1 for 35 minutes. Wasn't able to complete her request. I did do 3 of the 4:1's but I also did some 3:2.

I got my weight down on track again, so that was encouraging. We'll weigh again tomorrow, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
