    I only weigh in about once a month. It has been working nicely for me, and it lets you focus more on living a healthy lifestyle instead of just wondering what the scale will say.

    The main focus really is living a healthy lifestyle. If we are doing that, then the weight takes care of itself.

    I do still track what I eat weekly or at least 4 times per week.

    I have thought about it, but since I track weekly and plan weekly it works best. I do have a scale, but it is under my bed all week, so I don't jump on it more then weekly. The scale isn't the issue more so the way my mind works...sometimes it just seizes on to things and drive me nuts, but I hope to get a hold of this anxiety. I do still need to take my measurements and take my pics so that I can track it. Thanks for the reminder. emoticon

    Have you thought about weighing in only once a month or maybe substituting weighing in for measurements?
