Tonight I had a breakdown over my clothes. My favorite jeans have been worn so much that they have rips and holes in the wrong spots, or the jeans used to fit and they don't fit because I gained weight back. Another problem I have is that I have so many band shirts from high school (3 yrs ago) and they're either embarrassing to wear now and/or they have little holes on the bottom part. It seems to happen to so many of my shirts that they get little holes at the bottom. :( I went to my summer clothes from last year and only a few of the shirts fit. I'm panicking because I don't have much money to buy any cute shirts for the summer, or just in general for my wardrobe. Sigh. Decided to just wash some shirts and hope for the best for now. I don't have any sense of fashion and feel like I look stupid in anything I wear that isn't just a normal t-shirt. I hate it.

In other news, I have binged a few times and had fast food since my last blog. I'm still making small changes though. Eating more veggies and fruit. Still haven't had any pop!

I've been exercising a bit. Walking with friends earlier this week and tonight I did Just Dance 2 for about 15 minutes. I am wiped out.

Going to a friend's house to menu plan tonight. Hopefully that won't be absolutely miserable. I can find things for the main dish, but sides are absolutely terrible for me to figure out.

    I often find myself having a clothing crisis so I understand how you feel. I don't have a lot of clothes that fit well at the moment but I just keep working on making better choices & being more active. That's gotta count for something, right? emoticon

    Stick to those small changes & let them grow over time. Before you know it, the old habits will be replaced by all those small changes. You'll get back to where more of your clothes fit again.

    I know how you feel about clothes, most of my shirts have little tears in the buttom because I am always subconciously pulling them down. maybe you could make a goal to fit into those jeans that are too small right now, I have two pairs of goal pants. I hope your mean planning went well, I'm here if you ever need to talk :)
