Not sure why I'm doing this, but I am

It's that time of the month again! So naturally I'm a bit lagging and depressed.
However, I am starting to wake up before work to work out.
This is a new phenomenon to me; I've NEVER been able to get the motivation to do this, so I'm proud of myself for trying. So far I've successfully completed exercise 2 days; I am working on the 28 day bootcamp DVD from Coach Nicole; I'm hoping that that will keep me going for at least a month, which will get me in the habit of waking up early to work out.
Anyway, that's all I've got for now.
Just gotta keep chuggin along. . .

    So far it's the 3rd day in a row! It helps when I have my clothes picked out and I just put them on and start doing it. This seriously gives me SO much more time during the day to do things after work, and I have no excuses not to

    Girl I hear that!! I am not one to wake up before, or even during the alarm lol!! but I am on my 5th week of getting up early and working out, and the waking up is easy breezy now, also seeing changes (yesss!) so like you said...keep on chuggin' along! emoticon
