Grain Free - Weigh in week 1

I am down 3.8 from last Tuesday.
I need to figure out how to keep my digestive track more regular. Without posting too much information, let's just say that irregularity is regular for me. If my body wasn't still holding on to waste that should have been eliminated regularly since last Thursday then my numbers might be better.
All that being said, I choose to look at the big picture and am satisfied with my numbers. 3.8 is good.
