Day 3 Here we go...

It has been great. I have been back on Weight watchers only 2 days and feel so much better already. I am going to set myself a goal of drinking more water, and stick to the points system. I went for a run/walk yesterday morning. It is cold here now but yesterday morning wasn't too bad especially once I got moving. I haven't run for a long time and just set out for a walk but now I find it hard to do just that. I did walk the majority of the way but I also ran a little. I always forget how much I LOVE it. I think that I will continue to run a few days a week. I have a few favorite routes that I like to run so I will mix it up a bit. I am also trying to tone up especially my arms and back (For my dress.)So I will add in strength training as well. So so far so good. Have a wonderful day.
